We are delighted to inform it’s valued clients and stakeholders that the organization has been able to expand and have various entities registered locally and internationally falling now under its holding company Craft Properties Holdings (Pvt) Ltd.
Property Management
Craft Properties (Pvt) Ltd is the proud owner and developer of 60 hectares of land at Subdivision of Stand No.1 of Subdivision A of Railway Farm 8- Kadoma. Craft Properties (Pvt) Ltd is implementing a High Density project consisting of 1573 residential stands. Craft Properties (Pvt) Ltd is also the proud owner of 50 hectares of land in Kadoma where it is implementing an agro-residential plots project consisting of 93 agro-residential plots.
Sales & rental Services
Our Properties rental services division covers aspects of residential and commercial letting for short and long-term rentals. We offer rentals service and advice. This service is only provided with our entities outside Zimbabwe namely in Zambia, Botswana, Namibia and United States of America.
Property Valuation
We offer property valuation services that involves assessment of your property’s value, based on the location, condition and multiple other factors. Real Estate Services offered by Craft Properties entities outside Zimbabwe.
