Craft Properties Holdings (Pvt) Ltd’s subsidiary Craft Properties (Pvt) Ltd is concurrently running two development projects in Zimbabwe, one being a High Density housing development project and another one an Agricultural Residential Plots development. The High density project comprises of 1573 residential stands and the agro-residential plots development comprises of 93 plots valued at over 3.8 million United States Dollars. The Agro-Residential Plots Project’s Ground Breaking Ceremony was officiated by the Government Officials in 2017. At our High density suburb project we have constructed a couple of model houses as an indicative end product we would want to provide to our clients. Our objective is to provide decent and affordable shelter to the people of Zimbabwe. The beneficiaries of both projects are at various stages of constructing their houses and other structures with some houses complete and ready for occupation.
